Our June walks start with a lovely evening stroll from the Chain Ferry to Knoll Beach along the coast and returning across the dunes.
Then on the 13th a circular route embracing the South Coast cliffs to Golden Cap on to the fascinating Hell Lane before ascending to the peace of Colmer’s Hill and its special story of loss, grief and remembrance, before finally descending to a stunning county pub for refreshment.
TerraCirca offers welcoming events across Dorset, rooted in trust, care, love, and a shared sense of humanity. It’s a space where people from all backgrounds and viewpoints can come together, where simple, shared moments act as a tonic for modern life.
We are beginning with walks, simple, shared journeys through Dorset’s landscapes. We connect, walk, talk, and share, and along the way rekindle our connection to community, history, and the natural world. It’s an invitation to be present: to lace up your walking shoes and experience the joy of the land, and the people who call it home.
Anyone can host. Whether it’s a walk, a conversation, sharing stories, or a local project, we make it easy to bring people together. We take care of the admin so you can focus on creating meaningful experiences.

TerraCirca began as a simple idea: a space to take walks, bring people together, connect, and host community conversations, sharing local stories and projects that matter to us.
It’s evolving into an open space where anyone in the community can host. The intention is to create an organisation that’s truly in service for our community and makes it consistently easy for any of us to host events like this.
In the first instance, if you would like to host a walk, I can help you add it, bringing a rhythm of regular walking gatherings in the places we love.
In the meantime, two walks are added, a local evening stroll (May 13) and a Saturday hike (May 9).
