I’m Sabrina Napthine, founder of Onebeing Consulting—a regenerative leadership practice rooted in the belief that transformation happens from the inside out.

My work sits at the intersection of business psychology, systems thinking, ecology and embodied leadership, helping leaders and teams create cultures that are resilient, relational, and responsive to change.

At the heart of Onebeing is a simple belief: when individuals reconnect to who they truly are, the systems they inhabit begin to shift too.

Regeneration starts within and radiates outwards. This is systems-based thinking where nature is part of the system, not outside of it. I work with people, product, place and culture to integrate nature into organisational systems. When systems feel whole, people feel more creative and alive.

For over sixteen years, I’ve been supporting people through transition and growth. I spent six years in sales, learning the language of business and how to support teams in high-pressure environments. I then spent a decade as a social worker, working with individuals and families navigating life’s most challenging moments. That experience taught me how to hold space for complexity, listen deeply, and facilitate change that honours the whole person. These two worlds have given me a unique lens: I understand both the heart of people and the reality of organisational life.

I work with forward-thinking leaders in third sector organisations, charities, public sector bodies and startups—places where purpose and people matter, but where pressures of growth and change can take their toll. Onebeing exists to support organisations moving from extraction to regeneration, from survival mode to adaptive, purpose-led ways of working. This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about working with the living systems that organisations already are—sensing what’s present, identifying what needs to be nourished, composted, or ready to grow.

My approach draws on living systems principles like biomimicry, developmental culture and change responsiveness. Relationships are integral to growth, and diversity is the source of resilience and innovation. I create environments where psychological safety is a lived experience, where feedback becomes an act of care, and where radical candour replaces polite silence.

I hold an MSc in Psychology and an MSW degree from Kingston University, along with certificates in systemic practice and regenerative leadership. I’ve undertaken extensive training in supervision, coaching and mentoring. I offer workshops, coaching, facilitation and consultancy both online and in person, tailoring every engagement to the specific needs of my clients.

What drives me is transformation that roots itself in everyday practice.

Onebeing is not a consultancy in the traditional sense. It is an invitation: to slow down, deepen awareness, and build the conditions for regeneration to take root. My role is to support you in uncovering your unique way of leading and creating change—so your impact becomes not only effective, but truly life-affirming.
