I’m currently in a transition phase – not between jobs, but between ways of being.
My current practice is quiet but intentional – unlearning habits of control and performance, tending to reciprocity with people, places, and systems, and looking out for what is next. This includes asking respectful questions, offering small invitations, receiving with attention, and staying in touch with the ground.
The work of Vanessa Machado de Oliveira has been a strong companion —especially the reminder that collapse does not need to be resisted, or fixed, but met with care and humility.
