On 23rd May 2026, the Nickie Community Empowerment and Peace Foundation Uganda (NCEPFU) successfully conducted its Second Semester Outreach Program, bringing together vulnerable children, parents, community members, volunteers, and partners in a shared commitment to advancing education and child empowerment.

The outreach focused on the distribution of scholastic materials to support children’s continued learning and included an important menstrual hygiene awareness session for adolescent girls, aimed at promoting dignity, confidence, health, and school retention.

The program commenced with the registration of children and parents, followed by an opening prayer led by one of the students. Participants were welcomed through introductory remarks, after which the Executive Director presented a brief overview of NCEPFU’s mission, vision, and ongoing programs dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children and communities.

An inspirational message emphasizing the importance of education, child empowerment, and community support encouraged both children and parents to remain committed to learning and personal development. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by an NCEPFU representative, a closing prayer, and group photographs to commemorate the day.

We extend our sincere appreciation to you for your generous contributions made this outreach possible. Your support enabled vulnerable children to receive essential scholastic materials and provided valuable life-skills education that will positively impact their future.

Together, we are creating opportunities, restoring hope, and empowering children to achieve their full potential through education and community support.

Thank you for standing with NCEPFU and investing in a brighter future for vulnerable children in Uganda.
