I’m Ninsiima Nuliat (Nickie) I’m a young girl aged 27 years, from an extended family, from Rubirizi district, Kampala city in Western Uganda. I’m humbled to be a member of this dynamic group of Sustainability Practitioners. Thank you my friend Gwyn.
About my work
Professionally I’m a Teacher, but currently I’m a Founder of NICKIE FOUNDATION UGANDA, it’s a non-profit organization in Uganda. Nickie foundation Uganda is passionately committed to supporting vulnerable children, elderly, women and people with disabilities. We so far have 20 children dispatched in foster families.Â
Additionally, we are dedicated to Agriculture ( permaculture) agroforestry, craft making and poultry as part of our sustainability efforts.
VISION
To create a safe, nurturing, supportive and sustainable environment for vulnerable groups empowering them through long -term skills, mentorship and sustainability initiatives.
MISSION
Our mission is to provide educational resources, emotional support and counselling, basic needs and health care to vulnerable groups in communities,  Empowering them through projects that ensure sustainability and long-term support that helps them to reach their full potential.
My PASSIONS
I’m passionate about Sustainability, Agriculture, tree planting, Environmentalist, Entrepreneur, Humanitarian and climate change.
