This year our members’ AGM has been planned to fall in the period of reflection in the Three Horizons process on the 12th of December, 15:00-17:00.
Leading up to this meeting we have considered both the “Business as Usual” and “Viable Futures” perspectives and in the next session on January 14th we will dive into Horizon 2: Bridging Innovation, where we’ll discover more about who and what ASP can become in a time of transformation.
ASP today is the result of a truly emergent and evolutionary period of growth over 20 years from a small cohort to a global community. It was never “planned” to get here; it emerged in response to people’s needs and world events. So this AGM is a great opportunity for you to get a deeper understanding of the current financial, operational, decision-making and systems-side of ASP.
We invite you to come along and take a look, inquire, raise concerns and ambitions and build an informed view that each of us can reflect upon in preparation for the January meeting and the subsequent work to design and build the ASP we need!
