Talent Dynamics – helping you understand your personal “flow state”, the most natural way for you to be in life, and finding others to help you with your venture, by being in their flow state.

Join Stuart Kerslake as he takes us through the Talent Dynamics personality profiling model – the better we know ourselves and others, the more effectively we can communicate with each other, and the more we can be in our natural flow in our daily lives.

The event will last for 90 minutes, with plenty of times for questions, and Stuart has offered participants a free token (normally $97) to discover your Talent Dynamics profile, so you can get the most out of the session knowing your particular profile.

Most personality profiling models are based on the work of Karl Jung in the mid-20th century, and they can be really helpful in understanding ourselves better e.g. our “strengths and weaknesses”, but often in larger businesses they are used as a psychometric “test” (what an unhelpful word!) and decisions made purely on our perceived “fit” in that business.

In creating Talent Dynamics in the early 2000s, Roger Hamilton explored the richer, fuller models that inspired Jung’s work, such as the ancient I-Ching from China, and in addition to all the empowering awareness we can derive from knowing our own flow state, the whole model (and in my experience every business/venture/job) has it’s own cycles and seasons – understanding where we, and our venture/work, are in these cycles/seasons, enables us to identify when we’re out of flow, and where others can help us, from their state of flow e.g. some of us are great at starting things, and pants at finishing them; others can create wonderful systems but are unlikely to initiate their own venture because they need to “know” how it’s all going to happen, first.

So please come and join us and learn how you can be more in flow in your life and your ventures, and how we can support each other from that space.
