I am a senior tech business leader with a variety of experience within major companies, managing high performance teams for the past 15 years, delivering technical and business projects, working closely with product, marketing, Learning&Development and Sales organisations.
I led a team focused on Product strategy (Go-To-Market), Customer service, Programme management, Scaled Marketing and Learning & Development.
Being part of a dynamic industry has given me the chance to develop hands-on experience leading transformational and sustainable change with new teams, implementing new programmes and initiatives to support new business needs.
As a coach, I have supported many individuals/managers in their career development, job transitions or general personal development.

- I have a strong interest in neuroscience and what it teaches us in terms of behavioural change.
- I am a sustainability advocate, driven by the urgency of accelerating climate action and a passion to create positive impact through education.
- I am a Mental Health advocate, driven by a passion for coaching individuals and teams, building a positive work environment which promotes both performance and wellbeing.
- I recently transitioned my career to bring those passions and my experience in strategy, training, product marketing, programme management and data analytics to support organisations on their sustainability transformation journey.
