In this session, Ninsiima Nuliat shares her inspiring journey as the founder and executive director of Nickie Community Empowerment and Peace Foundation Uganda (NCEPFU).
Established in December 2024 in Kataara Village, Rubirizi District in Western Uganda, the youth-led community organisation addresses immediate humanitarian needs while building long-term community empowerment. Ninsiima recounts growing up and turning her childhood struggles into a life calling, ensuring vulnerable children gain access to education, women achieve dignity, and people are taught essential and vocational skills.
Ninsiima’s work with NCEPFU focuses on three key projects: Education Support & Child Development, a Women & Youth Skills Development & Economic Empowerment Centre, and a Community Agriculture & Food Security Initiative.
