Disempowerment is an entirely normal human response to the ecological challenges we face. There is so much to do, and everything is urgent so it’s hard to know where to start and it’s natural to feel overwhelmed.

Yet it doesn’t have to stop us from taking powerful action.

In this workshop we will look at the psychology of disempowerment and how to move through it. We will explore the stages that people go through when getting on the path to sustained environmental action, and what happens when they ‘fall off’ and step away from doing so.

We will go on to explore a framework to help you discover your climate superpower so that you can overcome disempowerment and make a difference in a way that you feel proud of, for the benefit of you, your community, and the planet.

You will come away with an understanding of what your role and contribution to the ecological crisis can be (no matter how large or small), and an understanding of how to support yourself and others to succeed.
