Why guided self-coaching?
Too many people get stuck thinking from a place of frustration – and too many people expect to ‘just know’ what they want.
My coaching work demonstrates that people don’t automatically know what the prosperity they want looks like.
Too often, thinking ‘out on a limb’ becomes too abstract to spark inspiration. Then it becomes too easy to give up, or to get tangled in the weeds of worry at all the obstacles in the way.
With my support and guidance, the coaching tool we’ll use will help anchor your thinking and keep you going until you find your path beyond all your obstacles and concerns.
The format of the session
This hands-on session will guide you to map where you’re starting from and where you’re headed, what’s in the way and what resources you can call on.
You’ll be building your own map, so you’ll be completely in command of how much of your situation you discuss with others.
These sessions are run in a small group format over Zoom, to allow for personal guidance and support.
