Hi, I’m Stuart, and I’m a sustainable business coach – helping those who wish to make a positive difference in the world, be more impactful in doing so.
What do I mean by a “sustainable” business: one that’s for good (not necessarily in sustainability), for profit creation (how that’s distributed is up to you) and which has structures in place to reliably and consistently serve ALL its stakeholders (team members, customers, beneficiaries of the service, suppliers, communities etc.), long into the future – and that starts with YOU, the founders, creators, visionaries.
Coaching dozens of clients over the past 10 years, I’ve found that the more conscious we are of our “inner” world, the more effective we can be in the “outer” world. So, I help you clarify and remain focused on your vision, whilst recognising the patterns that hold you back from creating that vision at the scale you would love, and then I provide a structure to help you set aside those patterns and hold you lovingly accountable to your vision.
