I’m a brand strategist and the founder of Carrot and Karma, a regenerative brand studio supporting planet-positive businesses.
I live in a small village in the countryside and love taking my dog out for her walks. Being close to nature influences how I think about business. Litter doesn’t disappear unless someone picks it up. Gardens don’t attract wildlife by accident – it depends on what we choose to plant. Our everyday decisions matter. Those observations shape how I think about responsibility and the long-term consequences of how we build and grow.
Professionally, I work with sustainability-led founders who want their brand to reflect the depth and integrity of their work. I help them clarify their positioning and build brand strategies designed for lasting impact.
For many years, I supported purpose-driven solopreneurs, particularly in the wellness space. Over time, my focus moved toward businesses intentionally integrating sustainability into how they operate and grow. It wasn’t a dramatic shift – more a gradual alignment between my work and my values.
I’m particularly interested in how regenerative thinking can shape brand strategy – moving beyond “less harm” and thinking more carefully about contribution. In practice, that means helping businesses build responsibility into their strategy from the start, rather than treating it as an afterthought.
Through ASP, I’m looking forward to connecting with others across the sustainability space – consultants, practitioners, researchers and founders – and learning more about the challenges and opportunities we’re all navigating.
