The Bio-Leadership Fellowship is a global movement of people and projects working towards better forms of human progress by working with nature. It exists to develop a new story of leadership based on principles that are central to life: cycles, connection, regeneration, reciprocity and love. Our vision is to help a global ecosystem of people to grow this new story all over the world.
The Bio-Leadership Project are recruiting for their 2026 Fellowship programme, and they are looking for purpose-driven organisations to join a growing network of businesses that are committed to Earth-centred progress.
With a special track of the Fellowship journey designed just for organisations, it is an opportunity to learn alongside other leaders, develop ideas, and incubate new projects. Through the programme, the Fellowship works to break silos and connect knowledge across disciplines, enabling positive transformations guided by nature.
