Over the past few months, I’ve been helping to organise a local chapter of the School for Moral Ambition community here in Hamburg. The School for Moral Ambition is a global network for people who want to use their skills and energy to tackle meaningful problems — and like ASP, it attracts people who believe that ambition should be measured by impact, not status.
What’s been most rewarding is watching people move from caring to actually doing. Our events are designed around one simple idea: that good intentions only become change when they’re attached to a specific action, a deadline, and someone who holds you to it. Whether that’s switching banks, emailing a local representative, or simply hosting a dinner conversation about an issue you care about — small, concrete steps taken in community are where real momentum begins.
For those who don’t know me – I’m Robyn. Originally from South Africa, I’ve been living in Germany for three years now, and working as a regenerative brand strategist. I’m lucky enough to work with clients who are actively striving for a better future – and that’s something that lights me up!
