I’ve been a Sustainability Coach and Facilitator for over 10 years. My purpose is to catalyse leadership through leadership development, facilitation and coaching. I coach scientists and technical leads in organisations impacting on nature, climate and sustainability, often using the lens of the Planetary Boundaries.

I aim to facilitate space for how we show up as humans as well as technical specialists in organisations; including the messy and contradictory terrains of stakeholders within businesses subject to economic demands as well as societal and personal pressure to act with urgency on nature and climate. I’ve run programmes in every possible type of environment from corporate boardrooms to dusty huts in the South African bush!

My professional sustainability journey began with my MA in Sustainable Leadership Development at IFLAS, Cumbria University.  I’m also an ICF ACC Certified Coach. A chance work assignment took me on a brief visit to the French Pyrenees where I now live with my husband restoring an old French farmhouse and tending what we laughingly call a ‘meadow’ , essentially a bramble and nettle covered pasture with many trees and uninvited visitors in the form of local wildlife – badgers, wild boar, fox, deer, hares, snakes and many species of birds.  We also tend a very small area of cultivation marked by multiple failed projects and some thriving successes where nature does what it wants with little interference from us. Why am I talking about this? Because it continually serves as a rather beautiful metaphor for life on this planet.

I grew up in Sweden, lived in the UK for many years and now work from this base in France. I speak Swedish, French and English fluently. I’m also a qualified Mountain Leader, a climber, skier and lover of all things outdoors.
