A short, fast-paced cross-mentoring programme for people passionate about climate action. Open to early-career and experienced advocates to learn from each other in a practical focused skills building adventure.
Our small-cohort programme is facilitated by a tag-team of expert learning providers: youth engagement experts We Rise, place-based learning platform First Hand and workplace skills specialists Change Agents.
Across five guided sessions, we’ll explore how we work in sustainability – and how we can do it better. This isn’t top-down advice. It’s a space where early-career voices grow in confidence and influence, while experienced advocates deepen their listening and rethink how they support and lead change.
We’re looking for people from any industry who care about climate action and are ready to do sustainability differently.
