My mission is to sustainably improve leadership, team and organisational performance and responsible business practices.
I help people, teams and organisations to reflect, learn, ideate, plan and commit to sustainable changes for the better.
The value I add is through facilitating and coaching to enable more open, creative and disciplined thinking, deeper listening, better connection & discussion and convergence towards courageous action for people and planet.
My skills are in coaching, consulting, design, group-facilitation, leadership and team development.
The impacts of my work are through helping shift from expert to manager and from manager to leader, as well as helping teams understand and shift towards sustainable higher performance and positive impacts.
I help support and stretch the understanding of what makes a great leader, great team and great organisations, what the pitfalls are, how to navigate them and using and addressing differences and diversity constructively.
Having first campaigned on climate and social justice 37 years ago, I’m now increasingly trying to leverage my professional skills more for sustainability/regeneration and social justice.
I’m a certified Climate Business Challenge facilitator (see https://www.climate-business-challenge.com/) and offer discounts/free spaces to ASP members. I’m also Climate Fresk trained and am offering a combined Fresk and Business Challenge day to organisations wanting to educate and kick-start increased sustainability creativity, planning and action.
