How’s ASP’s transformation going?
A review of the transformation work
Changes and their immediate impact
The new ASP arising from this work
New possibilities for member-led initiatives and impact
This has been an auspicious year for ASP. It’s 21st year has been dominated by change, necessary adaptation and renewal, which has also been in some ways very disruptive.
It’s been a white-knuckle ride as we entered completely new territory while losing the time and focus of most of the project team. But we are through that now thanks to many members turning up and making massive contributions of time, intellect, skills and new ideas.
We’ve seen how the community came together to ensure it survives and is now capable of thriving.
A new ASP is now, literally, emerging. Sandra and Corinna in particular are now creating the new community platforms with some very interesting new tools and systems. Other members are stepping forward with expertise and offerings that are potentially offering us new capabilities and they’re being carefully evaluated and considered for inclusion.
Meanwhile the team has now returned to just about full strength and there has been a big return to the 2-3 learning events per month that we have all missed.
So this AGM is beautifully timed to give you insight into what we’ve already achieved and what is coming down the line.
You’ll hear from Gwyn, T, Sandra, Corinna, Kemi and others who have been involved and will contribute. (Tim can’t join us but suffice to say that without his 3H expertise and leadership we would not be where we are today.)
Each Director will give a short update on what they have been engaged with.
There will be lots of time for discussion.
…and there may just be some fascinating new announcements.
It’s your community
So, most importantly, you’ll hopefully see ways that you can actively engage in the future to ensure ASP and our members increase the impact we seek to create the future we are working towards, for ourselves and future generations.

Oh, and…
The funding invitations haven’t yielded, yet, the resources we need
…but we have gratefully received what has been donated and we are moving forward with other actions to ensure we get the vital funds we need.
(If you haven’t donated yet, there will be more opportunities soon to donate for some more concrete “projects” that may inspire you and resonate with you more.
You can donate here any time: Transformation for the Future
