Passionate to support you to achieve your very best with whatever our vocation!
Super connector, creative thinker and problem solver, supporter of people who champion better ways of being… sustainability advocate.

I coach, mentor and train individuals and small groups on personal development and sustainable business design and am excited about guiding my clients towards achieving their full potential while equipping them with the understanding and skills to develop a sustainable business model.
The approach I take is ‘wholistic’ – I support their immediate goals and in doing so am able to build a picture of the challenges and opportunities they face with their business, personal life and future ambitions. Together, we explore the opportunities presented by working with sustainability at the heart of what they do and how this can enable greater resilience, attract funding and repeat customers as well as cultivate a rewarding and inclusive culture to create more joy in their work.
My areas of expertise include sustainable business design, strategic planning, innovation, design thinking, problem solving and systems thinking.
I have over two decades of diverse experience in engineering, creative industries, sustainability, education and not for profit. I have developed a robust skill set that spans multiple sectors. My career began in SME manufacturing, where I developed a strong foundation in practical engineering and business operations. Transitioning to education, I served as an Engineering Lecturer, creating and delivering curriculum content, establishing strategic partnerships, and enhancing student employability through industry connections. I have continued with my passion for education and now mentor in Enterprise and Leadership on postgraduate programmes part time as well as volunteer mentor for a handful of business accelerator and enterprise programmes.
As a business woman, in 2006 I founded Green Passion Creative, a sustainability-focused creative business practice. Here, I secured significant contracts and earned industry recognition, demonstrating my ability to integrate sustainability into business operations effectively whilst also attracting clients who were excited by the services offered. My experience extended to roles such as Business Coach & Mentor at Allia Future Business Centre, where I co-created and delivered successful start-up, and scale-up business programs, community events, and coached impact-driven businesses all working towards the UN SDGs.
In recent years, I have dedicated myself to coaching and mentoring, leveraging my extensive industry experience to support sustainable business growth. As a certified DISC practitioner, I deliver tailored 1:1 and group coaching programs, facilitate the transition towards more sustainable business practices, and mentor diverse entrepreneurs focused on business growth, sustainability and positive impact.
I hold a Masters in Design, Strategy and Innovation, and am an elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Manufacturing, as well as a member of the Association of Business Mentors. I am a certified ‘responsible business’ through The Organisation for Responsible Business and Anglia Ruskin University. I love to learn and am currently studying for a Foundation in Environmental Management from IEMA and Sustainable Leadership from CIWM.
