The Responsible Business online course is primarily designed for individuals to systematically work through on their own. We don’t use jargon, and we don’t set one-size-fits-all benchmarks. The course will enable you to take a deep dive into your business so that you are able to consider each relevant question and set your own benchmarks to aspire to. However, it is a big course and the Facilitated Responsible Business course provides a supported option for busy small business owners.
We know small business owners are busy. We know, that with the best will in the world, completing an extensive online course can easily be one of the first activities to be left by the wayside when time as at a premium. And we all know that once you are out of the habit of doing anything, it can be hard to pick back up.
This 6-week facilitated course provides busy small busy owners with a viable option to quickly and efficiently progress through the course.

The purpose of the 6-week Facilitated Responsible Business Course is to provide a helping hand to keep you on track, ensure a level of accountability, and to provide a more enjoyable experience via the weekly interaction with the course facilitator and a small cohort of like-minded small business owners.
Each course starts with a short 15-to-20-minute introductory session where we’ll get to know each other and procedural guidelines will be covered. Thereafter, there will be six weekly sessions at the same time and day each week, lasting around 45 minutes (one hour maximum,) to cover the whole course.
As you will see below, courses are offered with different date/time options to ensure everyone has the opportunity to choose a time that suits. When you purchase a the Facilitated Responsible Business course, you will be offered a choice of start dates.
Each of these courses will have a maximum of 8 cohorts. If you would like a course specifically for your team, please contact us so that we can agree rates and dates.
