In this session on experiencing transition, T. Sansome took us through a presentation and visualisation. You can also see some key insights from participants.

Thank you to all of you who attended our recent gathering on Navigating the “In-Between”, hosted by Theresa “T” Sansome with ASP.
Together, we explored the often uncomfortable but deeply fertile “in-between” – that space where the old no longer fits, and the new hasn’t yet arrived. We reflected on what it means to let go, embrace uncertainty, and stay curious in the face of the unknown.
Through coaching-infused conversation, quiet reflection, and meaningful connection, we created space to simply be – without pressure to fix, figure out, or push forward.
Participants went into small groups to share their stories and insights which they reflected back in the main group afterwards. Some of these are captured in the graphic below:
Also below you can watch the short presentation that T. gave on the subject. Towards the end of the video you can find the visualisation that she took us through that helps to reinforce the sacred opportunity that the “in-between” gives us.
We encourage you to give it a go!

Linda Aspey relayed The Tailspin by the poet Edward Field, in particular picking out the line: “The trick is, as in everything, to go with the turning willingly, rather than fight.”
