I’m super, super excited to share my next event at Patch in Bournemouth Town Centre. This evening will be very special — it brings together my latest documentary (one of my best pieces of work so far, something I feel incredibly proud of, along with everyone involved) with the chance to experience the breath firsthand.
The night begins with the screening of the film, followed by a panel discussion exploring breathwork (conscious connected breathing) and rebirthing.
The highlight: a live conscious connected breath session led by Kerry Veitch and Jacqui Storm, who together have over 20 years’ experience in the field and run the Air School of Breathwork.
