Sarah Browning (she/her), is the founder of Browning York Ltd and also runs the Time for Kindness program, which aims to highlight existing acts of kindness to inspire hope, positivity, and improved mental health and well-being. Sarah will remind us of what is all around us: showing us how and where to look for small acts of kindness with a BIG effect.
This event is free for ORB members (inc our partner organisation ASP) and £2 for non-members. You will be invited to make an optional charitable donation. We know times are currently challenging for many individuals and businesses.
