We will explore how Responsible Project Professionals can use systems thinking to help manage complexity and uncertainty in projects.
We will discuss ideas about extending the project life cycle, developing adaptation pathways and new metrics for monitoring change. A project scenario will be used to provide opportunities for you to consider the practical steps that can be taken to prioritise long term benefits to society. You will also be invited to identify ideas and support for your own projects.
