With Mothiur Rahman
Mothiur from New Economy Law has partnered with the Good Law Project on a legal case to stop the Government permitting water companies to dump sewage into rivers/coastal waters for decades to come, rather than invest in decent infrastructure now to protect healthy futures for our children & future generations.

Mothiur will explain why the principle of “Public Trust” taken forward in this case is so crucial for an ecologically sound future, with discussion for CECs to adopt “river care” practices for their local rivers (as with the River Wey in Guildford and River Dart in Devon).
