For 12 years, I led my own creative business, growing a team of 15 and refining my expertise in brand strategy, leadership, and community building, in my home country of South Africa. This experience deepened my understanding of how human development is at the core of sustainable success—and how self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset are key to long-term transformation.
My current focus is on bridging personal growth with sustainable leadership, offering self-development courses, coaching, and brand consultancy to help individuals and teams thrive. As I pursue my master’s degree in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and technology, I am exploring how innovation, psychology, and behavioral science intersect to create conscious, forward-thinking leaders.
