Audience and speakers are drawn from middle to very senior practitioners in government industry audit and academia.

Ultimately delivering better value for taxpayer stakeholder and shareholder alike as well as improving the quality and wellbeing of working life for individuals and organisations..

It was set up originally by Steve wake in 1996 to promote the use of Earned Value Analysis (EVA) in the UK which became what we know as EVM. Steve Wake has curated and chaired every conference whilst becoming a globally recognised subject matter expert in Project Controls.

Steve founded the EVM and the PMC Sigs in the APM and was the Chairman of APM who led it to chartered status.
