New online course Wednesdays, 13, 20, 27 September and 4 October 2023.
Responsible Project Management, an alliance partner of ASP, have recently formed a project support partnership with the Schumacher Institute to deliver new courses on Responsible Project Management.
Starting in September 2023, we will be running an online course designed to introduce sustainability practitioners to concepts from project management and systems thinking to enhance their practice by accelerating progress on sustainable development.
Projects and project management create the future. Responsible Project Management aims to blend sustainable systems thinking with project management practices to enable the design and delivery of interventions for people, planet, and prosperity.
In this course, we will introduce a range of techniques for:
- exploring uncertainty,
- developing project plans,
- and adapting to uncertainty.
Course activities will integrate concepts, principles, and models with reflection and dialogue. Participants will be encouraged to focus on addressing current challenges in their own practice.
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate from RPM and the Schumacher Institute, and will be invited to join the RPM international network of responsible project professionals.
This new course is initially running online, over four evening sessions on Wednesdays, 13, 20, 27 September and 4 October 2023.
