Lucy Fleetwood

We cannot extract the human health story from the planetary one anymore

Zach Bush MD

Hi, I’m Lucy

I weave together my passion for healthy soils and food with my work as a health coach.

I studied Ayurveda with the American Institute of vedic studies. I offer Ayurvedic coaching to support you to apply Ayurveda in simple ways as a preventative approach to health. I have also trained in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and use this training to help people manage stress levels. I am also a qualified Performance Coach.

After curing myself of 15 years of digestive issues with an Ayurvedic approach and then training, I wrote “Your Peaceful Belly” to support you.

My approach to Ayurveda focuses on simple things you can do at home to support your well-being, and I can work in a supportive capacity with your doctor if you are currently ill and would like a time tested nature-based approach to nutrition and daily/seasonal rhythms.

I can also bring both the SFH for stress and Ayurveda together, to give you tools for empowering your well-being—essentially my work is about connecting people back to nature, including their own.

I have memberships with the Ayurvedic Professionals Association, the National Council for Hypnotherapy, and the Association for Coaching. I work virtually and from Neal’s Yard Bath therapy rooms.

Kind Words

I just wanted to drop you a line to say I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon you & Ayurveda. I feel vastly better in just a few weeks of following your recipes (I’ve also lost about a stone, which is what I wanted!) & my energy feels much steadier.

Just to say I’ve been gently implementing suggestions from the Wellbeing Plan and my tummy is indeed feeling much calmer and as a result, so am I”

Your Peacefulbelly

Your Peacefulbelly

After healing 15 years of digestive issues in 3 months with an Ayurvedic approach, I trained in Ayurveda and Hypnotherapy, and wrote ‘Your Peaceful Belly’ to share how to look after your digestion, support strong immunity & relieve stress.

What you’re holding here is not just a book, but the product of a long learning journey.  The result is not only a collection of Ayurvedic wisdom about healthy food and living, but also a strong potential source of nourishment for communities.”
