Research experience and regular communication with authorities and business representatives on environmental issues, deep understanding the importance of sustainable development allow me to help society and companies in their activities and social life.
I am an expert and professional researcher in the field of management, finance and designing system of sustainable development. I have led the high-stakes projects and enhance policies and practices of various companies and institutions in these areas.
Having gained the experience for 15 years working as a university lecturer, I had the real opportunity to research and discuss important issues related to environmental protection and ecology with the younger generations.
I have published the numerous articles in the field of management, resource conservation and environmental protection (approximately 130), as well as I am the author of the monograph “Management of Resource Conservation and Energy Efficiency on the Principles of the Sustainable Development Concept” (2022). Also, I arranged and participated in a lot of seminars, meetings, workshops and conferences, including ones in the sphere of ecology and sustainable development.
My working with regional authorities namely departments of Industrial Development in Ukraine and provision of the recommendations on improving their activities to implement the sustainable development principles by agrarian companies were highly recognised. Currently I am deeply in cooperation and sharing the experience with the Regional Development Agency of the Poltava region “Office of European Integration”, as well as with several universities of Ukraine.
While our intensive cooperation we developed the proposals and references on practical implementation by enterprises engaged in agrarian and food industries, and by authorities during their designing and introducing the regional development strategies. Calculation done is really of great practical importance allowing predicting the values` changes referring to integral indicators of the economic, social and environmental management efficiency of resource-saving development of enterprises in mentioned industries. Recommendations and proposals on improving the motivational system mechanism of employees allow to save resources that will result in attaining positive effect on sustainable development of rural areas.
The integral indicator value of the resource-saving development management efficiency for enterprises is foreseen basing on the developed system of indicators evaluating the efficiency of resource-saving development management for the enterprise “Triada 6R”. The mentioned system takes into account the multiple of economic, social and environmental efficiency and within it the indicators-stimulators and indicators-destimulators are defined making this system unique. Implementation of this methodology while designing the company’s strategic development policy allows to increase the effectiveness of activities not only in the economic aspect, but also in the social and environmental aspects.

So, having recently moved to England I am eager and willing to share my knowledge and experience, and of course, it would help me integrate myself into the environment of sustainability professionals in UK.
