I’m a coach and leadership development professional with a passion for environmental and social rights and equity.
Through workshops and coaching I help managers and business owners improve results using existing resources. This process raises fresh perspectives, skill enhancement, and heightened self-awareness. Together, we review their needs and apply tools and models in regular sessions to achieve our agreed objectives.
I wish to be able to support my clients, be it organisations or individuals in reaching sustainability professionals where needed and promote sustainable and environmentally friendly practices where appropriate.
I have always had an appreciation of the natural world and the finite resources we have available. I have over the years sought to increase my connection with this part of myself, building on the charitable donations to giving my time to support various causes including Hull and East Riding Friends of the Earth, The Conservation Volunteers, and Madagascar Research and Conservation Institute where I undertook 4 weeks of marine conservation.
As well as my business Consult Justine, I am also a board trustee with FAVOUR UK a UK-wide based charitable think tank & human rights advocacy service, led by people with lived experience of alcohol and other drugs representing the voices of communities affected by addiction where I am contributing to the development and expansion of its advocacy and support services.
