As Founder and Managing Director of ChangeForum Ltd, I’ve spent 25 years + advising FTSE 100s, local governments, and global NGOs on organisational transformation, executive coaching, and cultural change.
I’m also Co-Founder and NED of Grays & Feather Ltd. an internationally recognised sparkling wine brand based in Covent Garden.
Throughout I’ve run a thriving independent psychotherapy practice and been an activist for climate & social change practising what I preach. With my unique blend of systems thinking, psychotherapy, and organisational strategy I’ve reshaped the way leaders and businesses approach change. Through ChangeForum Ltd, I’ve led transformation programmes for over 50 major organisations reaching more than 15,000 professionals in over 20 countries. My “Dynamic Change Model” and nature-led sustainability consulting are now embedded in several multi-sector institutions tackling climate adaptation and ESG compliance and my voice has been sought on BBC Radio as a trusted adviser on mental health, behavioural change, and leadership in times of crisis.
