It has been a few months now that I left my old company and that I have searched and applied for full-time jobs. But somehow it felt like something just wasn’t fitting quite right anymore, and I changed my perspective.
After years in corporate, I therefore decided to start my first (and a bit nervous) steps into working as a fractional partner, supporting businesses with operations, culture, and more human ways of working.
I AM AT THE VERY BEGINNING!… but… I already want to thank all of you in ASP, and in particular @michelle.furtado@contented.net and @Robyn Davie for helping me start. 
To do the next steps in a useful and relevant way, I have created a small discovery questionnaire to understand what leaders and teams are experiencing day to day—what’s working, where it feels heavy, and what kind of support would really help.
This questionnaire is completely anonymous, and even if you feel you can’t answer because you also work as a consultant, your perspective is still valuable. Insights from your own business or from companies you’ve worked with will help me a lot.
