I have helped over 100 people find purposeful careers, been part of 9 successful product launches, seen 15 ideas grow from a passionate thought into fully fledged business and have helped countless people become more confident in public speaking, develop a more balanced life and reconnect with their values.
I also love running workshops, some recent ones have included Connection: An Exploration of Ourselves and How to Connect with Others, Team Dynamics and Empathy, and Passion, Purpose and Positivity.
My own values of Empathy, Nature, Joy, Positivity and Kindness/Connection drive my desire to help others and inform how I go about that. I take a whole life approach to coaching however my style is always tailored to the individual. Just don’t be surprised if I turn up with a huge grin and lots of warmth!
