Decoupling from Big Tech. Part I: a guide

After spending the summer migrating my tech stack,  I have released a free guide to help other small businesses take practical steps away from Big Tech

As part of my new studio practice, KHANDID.STUDIO, I’m developing Lab for Life.

A space for experimentation, research, and collective inquiry into how people and businesses can better align with Life-centred values. All rooted in real-world practice and guided by the question: What supports the wellbeing of all Life?

What the Lab explores:

✦ The role of art, imagination and embodiment in organisational change
✦ How to work with complexity without getting overwhelmed
✦ What it takes to build coherence in chaotic systems
✦ Why tending inner and outer ecosystems together matters
✦ What business models might look like when wellbeing is the outcome

This practice creates space to think, test, reflect and grow at a pace that suits your reality, not someone else’s roadmap.

After spending the summer migrating my tech stack,  I have released a free guide to help other small businesses take practical steps away from Big Tech – especially those named in Francesca Albanese’s July 2025 report, “From economy of occupation to economy of genocide”.

The guide is accessible here
