Awakening: personal priorities post-covid
Sunday 21st March 2021
2020 was an unusual year that disrupted our lives and normal patterns of behaviour and this continues to be the case in 2021. For most this has not been a good thing, however it has also offered a break from patterns that may not serve and may have raised questions about what is important for us.
Suzanne Trew and Richard Profit invite you to join us on a workshop that creates an opportunity to explore and to question: Following our experience through Covid, what is working for me that I want to continue ? What is no longer serving me, and what do I wish to be celebrating this time next year? We’ll also consider what obstacles we have, and the antidotes to those challenges.
We use a variety of techniques to help participants reflect and enquire to help identify opportunities to step into our personal power and priorities as we emerge from covid. Which behaviours to retain, which to let go of and what action we choose to now take.
This workshop will weave together reflective practice, writing and being in nature as well as mindfulness practice to help us connect to ourselves and others, so that we can build a deeper understanding of our experience of the last year.
